These terms apply to your use of sameling.com. The operator is named in the legal notice; “we” below means the operator.
What Sameling does
Sameling is a free comparison service, not a seller or marketplace. It searches a limited selection of AliExpress listings, groups products that appear comparable and compares prices per unit for delivery to Bulgaria in euros, including shipping where a quote is available. No account is needed, and purchases cannot be completed on Sameling.
Buying happens on AliExpress
A listing link takes you to AliExpress, where the seller’s identity and applicable purchase terms are shown. Sameling is not a party to that purchase and does not take payment, fulfil orders or administer returns, refunds or warranties. Use the seller’s and AliExpress’s support channels for purchase issues. This does not limit any statutory remedy you have against the responsible party.
Check before you buy
Prices, shipping costs, delivery estimates and availability come from AliExpress at the time of your search. They can change at any moment, and the price at AliExpress’s checkout is the one that counts. A price marked as verified was checked against AliExpress’s option-price data. Verification does not always identify a unique option: several options may share the same price. It covers the item price only, using the tax information supplied by the API, not shipping, independent tax verification or the final checkout total.
Check the exact option, pack quantity, delivery destination, taxes, import charges and any conditions for discounts or free shipping at checkout. A link may open a listing without selecting the option shown here. Sameling does not inspect products or certify their safety, authenticity or the seller’s reliability.
AI proposes product groups and matching options; automated checks decide which proposals can be used. Both can be wrong. A main offer is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the lowest price. See how results are ranked.

Fair use
To keep the service available, we count searches and apply usage limits, including an overall daily budget. Searches can be temporarily refused when a limit is enforced. Do not automate product searches without our permission, bypass the limits, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not prevent ordinary search-engine indexing of our public information pages.
Availability and changes
Availability depends on our capacity and third-party services. We may change features or suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or loss of an upstream service. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date and do not apply retrospectively or remove rights already acquired.
Responsibility and your rights
Results are comparison information, not a binding offer to supply goods. We cannot guarantee complete marketplace coverage, accurate automated matches or uninterrupted access. We remain responsible for our service as required by applicable law; these limitations describe the tool, not a waiver of that responsibility.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to give up access to a competent court or regulator.
